The service attitude was good, but communication was a bit difficult because my English isn't very good.

Pretty good

The process was very fast. They even gave us a choice between two cars. We booked a 7-seater Dodge but ended up with an 8-seater Kia, which was very comfortable. Both seating and luggage space were excellent for six people.

We arrived at the airport a little after 7 PM. There were no other customers at the rental counter, so the procedure was quite fast.

National and Alamo counters are connected, and I was assisted by National staff. Quick and efficient.

Barely any queues, very smooth process

I'm dissatisfied with the staff who served me; they were completely unprofessional and very dismissive.

Arrived before 10 AM to pick up the car. There was a long queue. After waiting in line, I had to go back to get a missing document and returned after more than half an hour. Eventually got the car around 3 PM.

Excellent

Encountered two issues: 1. I booked a sedan, but was first given a hatchback KIA when picking up the car. I raised my concern and showed the staff the picture of my booking. Initially, they insisted it was the same, but I disagreed. Eventually, they gave me the sedan KIA. I double-checked the price to make sure it was the same before using it. The back seat space was entirely different; how could it be the same model? 2. When returning the car, as soon as I went upstairs, I received a charge of 46 CAD on my credit card. I was puzzled because the car was in good condition, the tank was full, and there were no toll roads involved. Fortunately, I hadn't gone far; I went back to the counter to inquire. After some time on the computer, the staff explained that there was a system issue and they didn't know why it happened. They eventually reversed the charge, and I was relieved I hadn't left yet. Otherwise, a phone call might not have resolved this.

Simple procedures

Rented the car for a total of 2 days. The attitude was okay when picking up the car, but really bad when returning it. Since our English isn't very good, we saw a charge on the receipt and went back to the counter to ask about it. The counter said we had paid for one day but still owed for another day. We had already paid for two days in full through Zuzuche, so why were we being charged again? We tried calling Zuzuche, but couldn't get through during the National Day holiday. The phone just cut off after a few rings. After much back and forth, we still couldn't reach them. Is this what we can expect during an emergency? By then, the African-American lady at the Alamo counter was very rude and ignored us. We had to ask a male staff member nearby, who finally clarified that no additional payment was needed.
