The queue was very slow, it took almost an hour. There were few staff and they processed things slowly. They also try to sell additional insurance. Make sure to thoroughly check the car’s condition, or there might be problems when returning it.
No navigation system. Other companies offer free navigation and free car upgrades, but this company downgraded me. I booked a Ford SUV, considering the safety of American cars, but they gave me a Hyundai. When I asked why it wasn't a Ford, they said it's the same category. Speechless.
The service was acceptable, and the car handover process wasn't complicated. Although our English isn't very fluent, the communication was relatively easy. Overall, we were quite satisfied.
