Like: I did reserve a kia or similar, but I got a larger car. At first I was not sure about the choice. After diving it to Phoenix the cost of gas was not all that bad. Great job. When I did turn in the car they put a surcharge on the gas. I call the Abilene office an informed him of my problem. I let him know I pick the car up empty and turn it in empty. They charged me a service charge for car being brought in empty. Jacob took care of the problem right away, GREAT JOB Jacob. Over all very good work.
