There was a bit of hassle when returning the car; they said it was dirty. After arguing a bit, they stopped making a fuss. We didn’t check the rented GPS carefully, and its charging cable didn’t work. We couldn’t find a suitable cable at the hotel, but luckily, the electric toothbrush cable worked. Later, we decided against returning the car to a different location, which turned out convenient. Overall satisfied, this is probably how it is in Jordan.
When picking up the car, they agreed on an additional driver for 3 dollars/day, but at drop-off, they charged 3 dinars/day. Although the difference is not significant, it left a bad impression.
