“Easy booking, value for money but understaffed leading to poor collection experience”

Car was fine but had a dent in the side which was not mentioned on collection. No go round the car. Very long queue for collection - not what you need after a day of travelling. Staff were helpful and efficient but very understaffed- thus the long delay and limited hand over.
