The compact car I booked was unavailable, so I was upgraded to a seven-seater SUV for free. I felt really lucky as I had a lot of luggage and many people. It was a very good rental experience. However, the GPS map package provided by QEEQ was outdated and unusable. Fortunately, the SUV had a pre-installed Garmin navigation system, otherwise, QEEQ would have really let me down! The intention to provide free navigation to users is good, but to ensure a good experience, a lot of preparation is needed.
One thing I don't understand: why is the pre-authorization finally charged as a purchase? This is very inconvenient. I heard it takes about 2 weeks to get refunded. Do I have to pay the bank in the meantime?
