The young man was very enthusiastic and even reminded me to keep my tap-and-pay card safe when he noticed it had this feature.

After returning the car, I was charged R464.80 without any explanation of the fees. I only found out from my credit card statement, as the rental company did not notify me via email or other means.

Everything went really well except drop-off took a bit longer than expected. They even upgraded me to a brand-new Audi Q3 for free, which was awesome. I’d definitely use them again.

The paperwork process took quite a bit of time during pickup! However, the return was straightforward, and there were no unexpected charges afterward.

The staff were really friendly and proactive, their service attitude was great. They answered all my questions in detail, and the information they provided was very thorough. The car was extremely clean and hygienic, and the overall condition was very good—basically felt like a new car.
My only gripe is with the QEEQ insurance. It’s not handled directly through the local rental company but arranged through China, so if anything happens you have to pay out of pocket first and then claim reimbursement from the insurance back home.
