We arrived in Stavanger at 11 PM. There was someone at the counter waiting for us, and contrary to an earlier email, we weren't charged an overtime fee. The car pickup procedure was completed very quickly.

No problems. Fast and easy.

They have charged my credit card three additional times since I completed the rental and I have not seen an invoice. I would have prefered if I pay for any tolls or extra charges at the counter at the end of the rental and be done with it. The car itself was great, and the ticket counter fast.

The style of foreigners is like that, unhurried and calm. I picked up the car early in the morning, not many people, but there was still some waiting, haha.

The service was quite enthusiastic, and the car pickup appointment was mostly on time.

No need for passport notarization in Norway. Return location is hard to find, but the car was clean.

The rental car counter at Stavanger Airport is easy to find, and I got the keys in less than 5 minutes. After being told the parking spot, I went to the nearby parking garage and drove off. Very convenient. Returning the car is self-service; just make sure to wash it and fill up the gas. Park in the specified garage and drop the keys in the small iron box at the counter. The trust level between people abroad is very high.
