Like: the rate I got was a great rate! Dislike: I had picked up my car at around 1030pm and the lights in the parking lot where my car was parked were out making my pick up very dark. I had to use my phone for light to look over the car and was not happy about that.
Like: They were short staffed, but were pleasant. Dislike: The long line wait!!!! Also, a piece inside the car kept falling down and hit my knee on it a few times.
Like: When I finally got a clean car, it was a good value. Dislike: There was a long line, the staff weren’t friendly and the first car I was givien was dirty inside and out. The seats were stained, there were several dents and scratches.
Like: The value proposition, the extremely efficient yet engaging salesman, the friendly return agent. Dislike: Branding/Naming convention inconsistencies across the website & airport signage
Like: Syed was extremely friendly and professional.. Great service! Dislike: Crack in the windshield from the hailstorm the day before we picked up the car.
Dislike: Be clearer with the sign up, did not know rate I signed up for was for foreign travelers. Did not say that anywhere. My staff member had to readjust my rental
