Upon arrival at the airport, you can take our free shuttle bus to reach the rental office which is located at 146 Sheridan Street which is 5.6 kilometres away from the Terminal.nFor pick up please call 1800 474 258.nnOnce you have contacted the pick up number above, please make your way to the below location for collection:n(International Terminal) - Walk to bus bay 6 and wait there for the East Coast bus.n(Domestic Terminal) - Walk to bus bay 4 and cross the pedestrian crossing on your right hand side. Walk past the red and white boom gate and wait on the seat under the sign "Tour Group Pick-Ups".

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1-2 year(s).

Not allow to drive between mainland Australia and Tasmania in either direction or into or out of the Northern Territory or Western Australia; Excluded from the protection is on the ferry or driving on beaches or through streams, dams, rivers or flood water. Please note, any vehicle towing or recovery costs incurred while located on any of the islands and locations listed above will be at the Customer’s expense and we are unable to guarantee the provision of a replacement vehicle.
