The service is very convenient, and the staff at the airport location are very friendly and professional. They quickly completed the paperwork, and I got the car. The car was in great condition and very clean. Minor scratches were noted upon pickup, but they didn't check them when I returned the car. Returning the car was easy; since it was at a different parking lot from the terminal, the company drove us to the terminal, saving us the hassle of carrying luggage on the shuttle.
