Pick-up Instructions

Terminal 1: When you arrive at terminal 1, make your way to the plaza (La PLaza) on the first floor (planta 1). Walk towards the parking G, passing the tobacco shop and walking all the way to the end. Make your way down to the lower level which is the area where shuttle buses collect their customers. You will find our bus, clearly identified by the Drivalia logo. If the bus is not there on your arrival, don´t worry, they run frequently. Terminal 2A & B: Exit from terminal 2 and, without crossing the road, walk to the right, passing the taxi area, after which you will find the area of courtesy buses which is the area where shuttle buses collect their customers. You will find our bus, clearly identified by the Drivalia logo. If the bus is not there on your arrival, don´t worry, they run frequently. Terminal 2C: Leave the building and walk left until you see an overpass. Walk underneath the overpass, maintaining your position on the left and within a few meters you will find the area where the courtesy buses collect their customers. This is the area where shuttle buses collect their customers. You will find our bus, clearly identified by the Drivalia logo. If the bus is not there on your arrival, don´t worry, they run frequently. How to return the vehicle: Vehicles have to be returned at our Drivalia Mobility Store located in Calle de Les Garrigues, 48 - Polg. Mas Blau II.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Please note that the IDP(International Driving Permit) is only a translation and you must bring your original driver’s license with you.

EU Driving Licence

Young driver will be charged EUR6.80/day(EUR102 capped) if the rental days are more than 3 days, otherwise will be charged EUR27.20 per rental.
