You can walk to the counter of Firefly - Barcelona Airport car hire.

Arrivals from Terminal 1: Exit the baggage claim area and follow shuttle service signage. Exit the terminal and you will find the shuttle bus stop. To reach Terminal 2 B, take the shuttle bus and follow directions below from Terminal 2. Arrivals from Terminal 2: Exit the baggage claim area and follow Departures directions Terminal 2 B. Continue through the yellow path until you reach Boarding gates signal. Firefly counter is located beneath the escalators, right next to Norwegian counter. Exit Terminal 2 B and cross to the parking lot in front. Firefly booth next to Hertz.
