On arrival you must go to our yellow minibus (in the minibus area. going out the terminal just in front of parking bulding). For arrivals after 23>00 (in winter 22:00) please call +34971269911 once at Palma airport to request our shuttle service.

They overcharged 15 euros for service fees. It took 20 minutes to get through to the rental car company, and after a long discussion between customer service and the store staff, I had to make the payment first, wasting an hour. It is still unresolved.
