Once you exit the baggage claim area (1), without leaving the terminal building, turn left and go to the end of the hall (2).You’ll find our office on your left.In this office they’ll give you your rental agreement (3).Once you’ve obtained the rental agreement, leave the terminal Once you’ve obtained the rental agreement, leave the terminal (1) and cross the walkway towards the parking building opposite the terminal (2).Enter the building. The staircases to access the car park are just behind the cafeteria (3).Go up to floor 1.Access the interior of the car park through the door on the right (4).Once inside, turn left and you’ll find the Record go pick-up office. In this office, they’ll give you the keys to your vehicle.

Directions to the drop-off office in the cark park Please set your GPS to the general parking of the airport coordinate:39.546064338787104, 2.7272255869179336 to the car rental return parking. 1.Go to the airport and follow signs "Rental Car" that will guide you to the car park building. 2.Once at the car park’s entrance, access floor 1 through the outside ramp to the right of the building. 3.Park the vehicle in one of the drop-off spaces for Record go. 4.Once the vehicle is parked, go to the Record go drop-off office and hand in the vehicle key to properly identified Record go staff only.

I understand if they don't have the required model, but their attitude was really poor. There wasn't any reverse parking assistance either, making it very stressful to drive through small towns with narrow streets. They seemed particularly impatient as well.

They did not allow a change, then tried to push us into a very expensive total insurance cover and scare us off from canceling the old and making a new reservation (it would be expensive, would take hours - neither was true).

The pickup location was extremely difficult to find. The second and third floors of the airport parking lot are not connected. I spent over an hour searching for the drop-off location, going in and out multiple times and incurring parking fees. Almost missed my flight because of this! The pickup process, however, was very smooth, the counter service was good, and getting the car was straightforward.

The Record staff was extremely unpleasant, threatening that if I didn't buy their €159 insurance, there was a high chance that the €1200 pre-authorization would be charged. They mentioned potential issues like tires being punctured by nails, making it seem as if they might have tampered with the car. Their attitude was very bad if you said no to the insurance.

The staff at the airport rental location were extremely rude and kept adding extra charges. They claimed we were late picking up the car, but refused our request to review surveillance footage of the queue time. They even threatened that we wouldn't get the car unless we paid the additional fees. They ignored us completely, took all the documents, and gave an ultimatum: 'Pay these extra charges now to get the car, or leave right now.' They also refused to communicate with the customer service team via phone. On top of that, they gave us a car with a tire pressure as low as 1.3.
