You can walk to the counter of OK Mobility - Ok Pmi car hire.

After getting off the plane, follow the “Salida/Exit” signs. Once you get to the luggage conveyor belts, continue walking until you go through the exit. After leaving the luggage collection area, turn left immediately and keep walking straight, following the “Otros VTC” signs. You will find the OK Mobility pickup store in front of the column and exit no. 5.

Drop-off Instructions

If you arrive from the Vía de Cintura freeway, take the exit for the airport and keep left at the fork, following the signs saying “Car Rental - OK Mobility” Continue along, following the RENTAL CAR RETURN signs Go to entrance P2 Enter the car park and go up to the 2nd floor. Once inside, turn left immediately and follow the OK Mobility signs, which will take you to the Drop Off area.

This supplement extends the rental terms and conditions to adjacent countries, provided they are one of the countries listed above, and under the coverage and liability conditions agreed upon in the current excess (as long as the vehicle is used in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the traffic regulations of the country of use are adhered to). If this supplement is not purchased and an accident occurs, the Lessee will be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, repatriation costs, and/or the total vehicle cost, as well as compensation for any damages caused. The vehicle may not be boarded or transported by any means of transportation without the prior written authorisation of the Lessor. Picking up the car was distressing. Despite having independent CDW insurance there was a hard sell for their own insurance to cover the excess. I was offered an automatic and larger car for €10 per day which I declined only to find that the car allocated already was automatic and spacious. I purchased basic insurance when I placed the order, but at pickup, I was told I needed to buy insurance. I informed the staff that I had already purchased insurance and showed the order, which clearly included insurance. The staff member said that the insurance I bought was from 'them' and not from the rental company 'us'. When I asked who 'they' were, I was told it wasn't the rental company, which left me speechless. They also required a 200 euros deposit for the fuel tank in case it wasn't full on return. 200 euros for fuel or liquid gold? I strongly recommend against renting from this company.

The overall service of OK Mobility was acceptable. However, the guy who assisted me during pickup took too long. We had a language barrier, and he wouldn't let me use voice translation or contact the customer service. It took a long time to understand the €1050 deposit policy, and he insisted on me spending €69, which directly ruined one of my plans. It was so frustrating! The car rental service counter is easy to find. Just exit the airport and walk to the left. The biggest dark blue sign is OK Mobility.
