The OK Mobility - Ok Pmi car hire location is in terminal

You can walk to the counter of OK Mobility - Ok Pmi car hire.

Once you have passed through the baggage claim area, head to exit number 4 in the arrivals terminal (ground floor). Once outside, head straight towards the next building, following the Parking (P) and ‘CAR RENTAL’ signs. Once inside the building, you will see some escalators and lifts, which you should take to the 2nd floor. Once at the 2nd floor, you will see the entrance to the car park, where you will find our office.

Drop-off Instructions

If you arrive from the Vía de Cintura freeway, take the exit for the airport and keep left at the fork, following the signs saying “Car Rental - OK Mobility” Continue along, following the RENTAL CAR RETURN signs Go to entrance P2 Enter the car park and go up to the 2nd floor. Once inside, turn left immediately and follow the OK Mobility signs, which will take you to the Drop Off area.

If this supplement is not purchased and an accident occurs, the Lessee will be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, repatriation costs, and/or the total vehicle cost, as well as compensation for any damages caused. The vehicle may not be boarded or transported by any means of transportation without the prior written authorisation of the Lessor.It is prohibited to cross borders outside the European continent. Picking up the car was distressing. Despite having independent CDW insurance there was a hard sell for their own insurance to cover the excess. I was offered an automatic and larger car for €10 per day which I declined only to find that the car allocated already was automatic and spacious. Our car rental experience was an absolute disaster. When we arrived at the rental company, there were over 50 people waiting — many of them literally sitting or lying on the floor. Despite having a reservation for a specific time, we had to wait more than two hours to collect our car. The service was appalling. The staff at the counter were extremely rude and unprofessional, offering no help or explanation for the delay. The situation at the key collection point was just as bad — chaotic and poorly organized, with staff showing no courtesy or basic customer service. Same for the drop off service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It was a truly frustrating and disappointing experience.

The platform included full insurance, but during car pickup, they required us to purchase another full insurance before we could take the car. We were told that without it, any damage would incur a 1250 Euro charge. It seems like the platform and the rental company didn't coordinate well, which wasted a lot of my time. There was already a queue during pickup. Both pickup and return locations were fairly easy to find; just follow the signs. Since the Volkswagen we booked was out of stock, the rental company upgraded our car. The staff member was really very nice. The car had screen mirroring and a reverse camera. Be sure to check the fuel type while refueling. Turns out this was an X1 diesel version.
