Pick-up Instructions

San Francisco Airport provides AirTrains from all terminals to the Rental Car Center. The RED line AirTrain runs between terminals. The BLUE line AirTrain runs from the terminals to the Rental Car Center. Airport signs will direct you to the train boarding areas. The AirTrains run approximately every 4-5 minutes
Upon arrival at the Rental Car Center on the AirTrain follow the signs to Shuttle Island 2 outside the building and board the FOX shuttle for a short ride to our rental counter.

Yes. E-voucher is accepted. Show the digital voucher on your mobile instead of a print-out is good enough.

Age requirements

19 - 80 years old

Young Driver Fee applies at 19 - 25 years old with charge of USD 20 - 25 per day approximately.

Driver's License Requirements

The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a physical full driving license in their name with no major endorsements. The license should be held for at least 1-2 year(s).

For foreign renters, you need to bring:

Original driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP)

Please note that an International Driving Permit(IDP) is only a translation and you must present your original driving licence at the counter.

Original driving licence + Official embassy translation in English

Please note that your English translation should be authorized by the embassy.

For local renters, you need to bring:

Full Driving License issued in United States
