Very satisfied. Even though our English is not good, they patiently used their phone to translate important points for us. Our credit card couldn't be used at the self-service gas station, and we were worried about returning the car late, so we returned it first. They informed us that their refueling service charges double and gave us a bit more time to refuel ourselves.

Picked up the car at Zurich train station, arrived an hour early and the staff at the counter still gave me the car. The staff was super patient and provided some detailed explanations. Returned the car at Geneva airport, but was an hour late due to taking a wrong turn. The staff receiving the car was very kind and told me to go catch my flight while he helped me locate the car.

Picked up the car from the Zurich city center branch. The front desk staff, who was Indian, was polite and didn't push for additional insurance sales. The actual car provided was the new model Polo as reserved, with only 5,000 kilometers on the odometer. It had high-end features like adaptive cruise control, heated seats, and CarPlay. Fuel consumption on the highway was around 4.6-5L per 100km, and it runs on gasoline. I would consider renting this car again next time.
