After Baggage Claim, exit the terminal through Arrivals, turn right and continue to parking area P5. Then, wait at the 'MINI BUS' stop (with '07' marked on the floor). A shuttle with Goldcar on it will take you to the rental counter.

The staff were very friendly, both the girl who picked us up at the airport and the guy handling the paperwork. However, their efficiency was very low, though this is not just this company's issue but also how things are in Europe. There was a group ahead of us, and it took me more than 30 minutes in total to get the car and leave.
