After waiting in a queue at the counter, they announce additional fees ("premium location' fee, minimum license requirement, e-toll device hire). On top of that, they are trying to push very hard for their overpriced insurance. The vehicle I booked (an Audi Q2) changed to a Wolksvagen Touran (not the same category), and when I asked for time to think, I finally ended up with a Renault Captur. On the positive side, I must say that the deposit charge was returned to me the next day after I dropped it off.

A fuir ne pas réserver avec GOLDCAR. Il refuse de donner la voiture si vous ne prenez pas leur assurance de franchise et autres... Au final 100€ plus que prévu... Nous etions plusieurs dans la même situation au guichet. Le personnel est mal aimable et clairement dans le but de facturer le plus cher possible. C'est du vol organisé purement et simplement.

The car was announced at EUR 82, (airport taxes included) but we finally had to pay eur 210 more at the desk. We do not recomend GOLDCAR
