Pick-up Instructions

The CNR - Headoffice car hire location is located out of the airport

Our office is open Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please call us at 604-370-1779 when you arrive at YVR Airport's passenger arrival curbside. There will be a 15-minute wait time for customer pickup. Outside of office hours, we offer a 24-hour self pick-up service, which requires you to come to the location by yourself. For self-service, please ensure that your reservation information is complete and payment is made in advance. For any inquiries, please contact us at 604-370-1779 or info@cnrauto.ca.

Drop-off Instructions

Return at the Richmond location. After inspection, we will use the same vehicle to send customers to the airport departure floor. We provide 24-hour self drop-off service outside of office hours. After returning the car, please arrange your own transportation if you need to get to the airport.

    This was the worst rental experience i've ever had. I expected a company with capabilities like a national chain and got a company with no shuttle, no english speakers, and about 15 minutes away from the airport in a different part of town.

    CNR staff - Joey and others were wonderful. They picked me up from the airport and got me the car, and when I dropped it off they drove us back to the airport quickly. We got a Nissan Sentra, it was fine. It had a huge trunk; big enough for a road bike to fit in. Traveled well up to Whistler and back.

    The car was larger than expected. Staff were very pleasant & polite with the initial booking in going as speedily as it could possibly go from previous experiences. Returning it was even quicker. They did a thorough inspection of the already damage to the car & marking it up on their document which was pleasing and nice to know no further damage was met. Would be very happy to use CNR again.

    Paid extra for snow tires but received all-season tires. The store clerk said all-season tires are better than snow tires. Don't know if they were uninformed or pretending. However, they agreed to switch the car as compensation, so it was eventually resolved.
