Paid extra for snow tires but received all-season tires. The store clerk said all-season tires are better than snow tires. Don't know if they were uninformed or pretending. However, they agreed to switch the car as compensation, so it was eventually resolved.
This is the place to go for your car rental needs. The staff/owners are amazing to deal with. I picked up the van and upon return, was brought to Walmart where I requested to be dropped of. Everything is a breeze and you can’t beat the price. Absolutely the best car rental company I have dealt with.

CNR staff - Joey and others were wonderful. They picked me up from the airport and got me the car, and when I dropped it off they drove us back to the airport quickly.
We got a Nissan Sentra, it was fine. It had a huge trunk; big enough for a road bike to fit in. Traveled well up to Whistler and back.
