Upon departing the shuttle, please proceed to the counter inside the lobby on the 5th floor. Please note that there is ongoing construction that is creating delays coming and going from the Rental Car Facility. Please give yourself extra time while traveling at the SeaTac Rental Car Facility. Seattle Downtown is located at 1601 3rd Ave. Seattle, WA 98101, it is on the corner of 3rd Stewart. Emerald Club Members: All Emerald Club Members must proceed to the counter at this time. Once your rental is processed, please take the elevator to Level B of the parking garage. Vehicles will be located in stalls numbered on the floor.
