They even discussed Chinese characters with me (mentioned during signing). They also helped me set up the phone connection to the car's central control and gave me some traffic tips.

The downside is that Australia's highway tolls are charged at a daily rate of 17 AUD, which I find unreasonable since you won’t be driving on the highway every day. Another rental company uses a pay-per-use system, charging for each time you use the highway.
