Pick-up Instructions

The WIBER - Mallorca - Airport car hire location is located out of the airport

1. Exit the arrivals terminal between gates B and C. 2. Cross the moving walkways beneath the bridge towards the parking building. 3. After crossing two pedestrian crossings (the first regulated by a traffic light and the second marked by pedestrian signage only), turn left to take the pedestrian path. 4. At the end of the pedestrian path, another black pedestrian path begins, marked with the "Other VTC" signage. Follow this path, enter the parking building, and continue until you find a red door with the sign "Abonados G". 5. Cross the door, and directly in front of you, you will find the meeting point for our courtesy shuttle.

I didn't feel like I was being an object to scam on fees for damages I didn't do. Returning the car was easy and fast even I didn't have any insurance (I bought external excess insurance). The same for picking up the car.
