The car rental staff were very friendly, but their handling of vehicle issues was unprofessional. I booked and paid for the car online half a month in advance, but upon arrival, the rental company gave me a smaller car, claiming the originally booked car was unavailable. They did this without prior consultation, citing company policy. Due to language barriers, I contacted the car rental customer service, but there was no resolution.

Arrived at 2 AM, and the efficiency was very high. Got everything confirmed in 1 minute. The car was parked just outside by the roadside, and all scratches were carefully pointed out. When returning the car, I was in a hurry to catch my flight (took two laps around Don Mueang Airport to find the right way), so I didn't have time to clean out the trash in the car. Apologies for that! But the guy who received the car inspected it immediately, and everything was done in less than 2 minutes. Really convenient.

When I placed the order, they offered a free car pickup service, but when it came time to return the car, no one showed up. After much difficulty reaching the rental company, they refused to send anyone to pick up the car.
