When I placed the order, they offered a free car pickup service, but when it came time to return the car, no one showed up. After much difficulty reaching the rental company, they refused to send anyone to pick up the car.

The car rental company is quite good.

Pretty good. Both pick-up and drop-off were straightforward. The car was new and even better than the one I reserved. Haha, very satisfied with the three-day trip to Hua Hin in Thailand.

The car rental staff were very friendly, but their handling of vehicle issues was unprofessional. I booked and paid for the car online half a month in advance, but upon arrival, the rental company gave me a smaller car, claiming the originally booked car was unavailable. They did this without prior consultation, citing company policy. Due to language barriers, I contacted the car rental customer service, but there was no resolution.
