Pick-up Instructions

Our office is next to Madrid Atocha station. Leave Atocha station by one of the exits which lead onto Méndez Álvaro street. Once you’ve gone out the door, go under the flyover. Cross the pedestrian crossing and go straight on down Rafael de Riego street. Continue along Calle de Rafael de Riego until building No.3.

Drop-off Instructions

Enter the car park and park the vehicle in one of the drop-off spaces for Record go. These spaces are coloured red. Once the vehicle is parked, go to the Record go’s main office and hand in the vehicle key to properly identified Record go staff only.
