Very dissatisfied. On the day of pickup (10 AM), there was basically no difference between having a reservation and not. No cars were available. How can such a big rental company allow overbooking? All the customers in the store were confused. It doesn't make sense to not have any cars. The staff said that when they returned to work, there were only two cars for 18 reservations. I've rented cars abroad many times, and this is the first time I've encountered such a situation. Waited in the store for over an hour until someone finally returned a car. Luckily, I know how to drive a manual. If I had to wait for the automatic I reserved, who knows how long it would have taken... It's really XYZ(&%##^....

Picked up the car at the central train station branch. The paperwork was done on the first floor of a clean and tidy building. The pickup location is in a dedicated parking structure (turn left and walk approximately 5 minutes). Arrived at 8 AM, no queue, and was warmly received by a very nice German lady. When I picked up the car, there was almost no queue. The attendant was a lady who was very patient and both drew and wrote things down to make sure I understood. I got a new Mercedes with only 4,100 kilometers on it, and it performed excellently! Returning the car was also very quick; the staff just took a quick look and let me go.
