    The car rental pickup is 50 meters to the right as you exit the biggest train station in Nice. No need for a driver's license notarization, but it's slightly expensive. The return is inside the TGV train station, very convenient, no issues with the service.

However, after getting the car, we found that the built-in navigation didn't work, so we took a TOMTOM navigation device from the store. When returning the car, we were only charged for the vehicle upgrade and not for the navigation device. That was quite good.
