When returning the car, a female staff member was smiling and provided normal service. There was no car inspection, I simply handed back the keys and showed the fuel receipt. The final price matched the booking price. Due to schedule delays, I picked up the car a day late. The manual car I requested was no longer available; instead, I got a very small car in poor condition, but it didn't have any problems.
