Pick-up Instructions

The OPTIMO RENT - Miami Airport car hire location is located out of the airport

Upon arrival and after collecting your luggage, please go to the RENTAL CAR CENTER on the 3rd floor. Take the airport mini-train to get there, find one of the exit doors, and send us a photo of SCREEN #4 via this channel so we can locate you. Please remember that it is at the RENTAL CAR CENTER. Upon arrival at the rental car center, you may need to take a shuttle bus marked "Renta Florida." The above information is subject to change based on actual circumstances. Drop-off Instructions

Please return the car back to the store, then the representatives will arrange the shuttle bus to the airport.
