You can walk to the counter of OK Mobility - Milan Malpensa Airport car hire.

AIRPORT TERMINAL 1 From the baggage claim point, reach one of the two elevators (5 or 9) located between arrivals A and B. Go down to floor –1 (Car Hire and Train Station). Once you reach the –1 floor, reach the second car rental hall through the sliding doors. After the sliding doors, you will find the OK Mobility office on your right. AIRPORTTERMINAL 2 Once you reach Arrivals, follow the signs for: GET TO MILAN BY TRAIN. Exit the terminal and cross the pedestrian crossing. Follow the road following: AIRPORT BUS Terminal 1. Turn right and wait: SHUTTLE BUS T1-T2. Once you arrive at Terminal 1, go past the train ticket office. Go through the tunnel following the Car Hire direction. After the sliding doors, you will find the OK Mobility office on your left.

I returned the car with small choclate stain from the rental period. The stain could have been easly cleaned by me prior to the car return but i forgot to do it. When I returned the car the staff noticed the stain and said they usually have to charge 100eur for cleaning process but the Manager was kind to let it go and to have it cleaned free of charge! Excellent Service!

The main problem is that they are not located inside teh airport, nor there is at the airport any indication of where their office is. The good part is that their prices are pretty reasonable.

Qeeq booking did not explain the outside insurance coverage. At the pickup counter, the representative wanted to sell me the same insurance I had previously purchased online. I ask why do I need additional insurance since I already purchased it online. He said that it was a 3rd party insurance and they have no control over it. Additionally, because I didn't purchase it at the counter, I was asked to leave a $2,000USD as deposit.
