Terminal 1: Once you have collected your luggage go to Departures on the upper level. Come out of the terminal building and use the zebra crossing in front of the exit door nº 16. Right in front of the terminal building you can wait for the yellow Centauro Rent a Car Shuttle which comes every 10-15 mins. If gate No. 16 is closed, please go to Gate 17 first to wait. Terminal 2: Once you have collected your luggage, make your way to the parking area situated in front of the departure terminal building that you will see on your right hand side. Here you can wait for the Centauro Rent a Car Shuttle which comes every 10-15 mins.

had to wait for the pick-up shuttle to go and drop one pack of customers as they only had one van for transfer; at the counter we were assisted based on who was supposed to get the car next (rental hour) and not based on who got there first, there were people who got there on time (like us) and had to wait in line for people who came after their pick-up time and after them.. amazing! when returning the car, I had a small wheel scratch and that was OK, no comment, told him to give me the documents and invoice so I can talk to my insurance but there wasn't much professionalism and the guy was behaving as if I broke his car (it had a big dent on one side, scratched from poor parking and not the cleanest either - when picked up)

I originally booked a Ford, but all available cars at pickup were Fiats, which could not accommodate our luggage. We had to rent another car, which increased our costs. This is a new small company with no chain stores, so the flexibility in adjusting car models is limited. However, the staff were quite responsible.

A very strange company. The car wasn't full of fuel when rented, they gave me a very difficult car to drive instead of the Polo I booked. After negotiation, they replaced it with a Fiat 500. I think they play a trick with the fuel - the car isn't full when rented, they charge high fuel fees, and when you return it, you usually top it up, but you don't get refunded for the extra fuel. This is the last time I'm renting from this company.

This is by far the worst car rental experience I have ever had. The counter staff fraudulently upgraded my vehicle without my consent and overcharged me 90 euros. This fee is almost double the original rental cost. I did not receive any receipts or notifications about the upgrade during the entire rental process, which is clearly fraudulent. I will definitely never rent from this car rental company again.
