You can walk to the counter of National - Phuket International Airport car hire.

International Terminal: To collect your vehicle, please proceed to the National counter located on the ground floor inside the arrival hall. Here our friendly staff will complete your rental agreement, the pick up process will be done at pick up/drop off area at gate 4 of the international terminal.

Drop-off Instructions

To return your vehicle, please contact our counter before arriving and drop of the vehicle at the pick up/drop off outside domestic terminal. Our friendly staff will be waiting to complete the check in process. After-Hours Return: Drop box is available at National Car Rental Phuket Airport counters.

The small counter is located at door 5 in the T2 international arrivals area. The pickup information on QEEQ's car order is incorrect. T1 only has a temporary counter, and there are no staff after 5 PM. You need to ask the airport staff and walk to T2. Once the paperwork is done, go to door 5 to inspect and pick up the car.
