You can walk to the counter of Enterprise - Cairns Domestic Airport car hire.

Upon arrival please be on the lookout for the Enterprise counter located in the arrivals hall of the airport terminal. Your rental will be serviced there. The car rental counter is located in the arrivals hall of the Cairns International Terminal. Once you have cleared customs you will exit into the Arrivals hall. Proceed to the rental counter on the right hand side of the arrivals hall where we will arrange your rental agreement.
