The service was good and not pushy. It's clear that the staff is professional. The car was quite new, with only a little over 30,000 kilometers. The vehicle was in good condition. However, it seems this car is a lower trim? It didn't even have a backup camera.

On the first day of the rental, we had a flat tire and had to get it replaced. The rental company did not cover this and charged us for a new tire of the same brand plus an additional 30 euros as a so-called management fee. When picking up the car, we were only informed about the extra driver fee, but upon return, they also charged us a young driver fee for drivers under 25. Fees should be clearly communicated from the beginning.

Satisfied. They promptly handled requests such as adding border crossing stamps. The car was very new, having driven just over 1000 kilometers. But driving on mountain roads made me worry about stone chips or scratches (the burden of having a new car).
