On the first day of the rental, we had a flat tire and had to get it replaced. The rental company did not cover this and charged us for a new tire of the same brand plus an additional 30 euros as a so-called management fee. When picking up the car, we were only informed about the extra driver fee, but upon return, they also charged us a young driver fee for drivers under 25. Fees should be clearly communicated from the beginning.

Collaborating with Eurocar, the service was quite good. The staff was also very friendly. Since it was my first time using their services, they upgraded me to a Q2.
