You may proceed to the 2nd floor of the station to cross the street through a bridge, the Europcar office located at other end of the bridge.

    The service attitude was very good. They only recommended one insurance plan, but when I declined, they didn't push further. I got a hybrid Outlander, but it turned out to be quite fuel-intensive. At first, I thought the battery was broken, but later realized it was a plug-in hybrid. Since my rental period was short, I simply treated it as a regular fuel car and didn't bother charging it.
