Smoot and straight forward
Car was excellent, although for a full size I thought it was a little small as a Genesis G70. Staff were helpful, but didn't explain the fuel extra charge particularly well, they suggested I would only be charged for the gas used, when returned, but in reality was charged for a full tank. They also were trying to sell a prepaid toll package tata was expensive, but didn't provide sufficient informaiton to make an informed choice

Easy streamlined
There was only 2 people in front of me but the service staff seemed to be very slow I was waiting a long time. When I had my turn I was 5mins or less which is more normal.

Excellent experience in booking car hire through QEEQ and service from Dollar at Derry airport
Have used Dollar at Derry airport twice recently and on both occasions the staff have been very friendly, helpful and efficient in getting me on the road and booking the car back in on return.

I had a great time traveling with the car. It didn’t give me a moment’s bother in three weeks.
It did take a long time to pick up the car - at least two hours which was hard on top of a long international flight. But the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great experience as ever
Car was fantastic was given a choice of a Nissan or a Ford and took the Ford which was a lovely car to drive. No attempt to upsell and explained re bridge tolls very clearly

Great experience will use Queed again the communication was excellent
The lady at check in wss very freindlyI was offered a car that I had not choosen of a lesser value. The girl behind the counter was a little off when we challenge it. However the gentleman who took us to choose the car was a nice gentleman the car we choosen was not available so took a Volvo but he did allow me to sit in the cars to check the seats.
