Very positive
Very positive experience. We had to wait roughly 45 minutes to pick up the car but that was caused by two or three subsequent landings. The staff in the office was very efficient and helpful. Provided all information and advice. In English too.

The staff did an excellent service and took me down to the location of the car. Thanks to Mr. Mujeeb and Mr. Shihab for all their help. It was a good, relatively new and clean car. I was expecting a Toyota Yaris, but I got a Kia Pegas. Good.

Smooth experience
We were sold snow chains at the counter which we were told were required by law. If this is the case they should be included in the rental? Were also quite pricey at 100 euros extra

Qeeq are my go to!
No complaints with Europcar, excellent service at the desk. Made the collection process really simple and easy. Even though we got given a slightly different car than requested, the car we got was perfect. Brand new with all the extras. A real good quality car meaning our road trips was very comfortable.

We struggled to understand why a pin head size mark ( this is not an exaggeration) on the windscreen was the focus of attention especially given the very dirty car we were given at pick up. Fortunately my wife had photographed every surface of the car at pick up and she was able to identify the pin head on one of the photographs. This really concerned us as a trust issue for us with Europecar.Their cut off for what is an issue with a car being returned seems very out of step with other companies which use the size of a coin as the cut off. Are Eoropecar trying to set up customers for pay outs or was this just one over zealous employee? I would appreciate a response to this question Thanks
