Service by Samurai was above expectation.

Price protection did not really work.

Counter staff was helpful, however, no sure why i have to wait for 45 min in the airport to be picked up by the shuttle bus service to Times!

On the whole, was a great experience, values met with my expectations.

Convenient and fast.

Waited quite a bit for the shuttle bus to pick us up to the car rental location. There wasn't a sign so we were quite worried we weren't at the right place. Had to hop on all the buses to ask if we were suppose to be on that specific bus. Other than that, the car was great and the people were very nice.

The service is great, the car is super good, clean.

More information could tell customers just for ETC machine rental fee do not included.

It is better if there is a new car or not too aged car to be offered, since this time they had reserved a car which is run over 20k km already. But the staff in Japan service is good and polite, just the location of car pick up and drop off in Sapporo seems too far away from Airport.

Hope that it can offer more different type of car for choosing when travel. I have used your company service in many times already, good service and valuable prices per offered, thank you!

The car model did not match the one I booked.

Perfect - communication was prompt, car was clean, staff knew what they were doing, pick-up and drop-off were smooth.

They were good except they forgot to provide us with the free Japan highway ECT card for tolls

the free shuttle bus provided by the new chitose airport does take a while to travel to Samurai shop as its last stop in the car park, will be good if Samurai can be more explicit on describing when to get off the shuttle bus, as the driver doesn't really understand English

car received in full tank and staff is helpful. The car GPS is easy to use if u have the tel nnmber of the location..

we are not told that insurance can buy upon arrival.

I realised the car was quite small and we were having hard time squeezing in our med size luggage bag. I requested to do an upgrade for a bigger car but was told I can't do that as I already paid for the car I chose during my booking. Was a bit upset as there are 4 of us and 2 are seniors. End up we have to force everything into the car. I wish we are allow to do upgrade on the spot. Or at least show us the car first before we pay for the balance as I was told because I make the full payment therefore I was not allow to do any upgrade. Beside that the customer service was good. They are polite and patiently answer all my enquiries eventhou there was a language barrier. They even make the effort to call a translator and explained to me in english. Thumbs up.

Easy to use and customer service responded efficiently. It's good that they have employees that can speak different languages to serve the customers.

Staff was helpful. Didn't take long for the whole pick up process. Free GPS, ETC rental and even a tank of gas! Excellent value for money!

Large amount of car choices. Booking process was smooth. It's be even better if e-voucher could be accepted instead of printing the hard copy.

We booked with the free tank promotion...very valueable and please note that the shuttle bus to the pick-up station has been changed to bus no.98.

They take action very fast.

I have an early flight and had to return my car before 830am. I had wished there is a key box to safeguard the key. I placed the key in the car instead. Love the staff and their services. I would use them again!

The staff explained everything in detail and had a good attitude. The only issue was having to back up a few kilometers to the rental location, which was unexpected.

The receptionist was a lovely lady from Taiwan, very polite and helpful, resolved all my issues.
