Like: ...though not exactly the one I felt like having but even so it was a KIA RIO (I picked it up amongst the available ones). Very confortable.
Dislike: I don't think you can do better than that: price was good, car quality ditto

This rental company is highly unprofessional. Their phone is always unreachable, and finding their shuttle at the airport is purely a matter of luck. The staff at the front desk consistently lie, using excuses like 'the phone is broken and will be fixed today' to cover up the fact that they don't want customers to call. They tried to deceive me by saying that the rental didn't include insurance (even though I bought it through the booking platform), but when I insisted on verifying it, they admitted there was insurance. Who knows if it's true—thankfully I didn't have any accidents, or I wouldn't know how to handle it. If you don't speak English well, you might face even more severe issues.

Like: Quick wait at the counter,several agents on hand, easy walk to garage,good vehicles seletion.

Like: Right from the time we entered the Fox office in Fort Lauderdale the staff made us feel good.
Dislike: There was no hassle. The agent took us right to our car and helped with our luggage.

Like: Good service

Dislike: Even though I had my own insurance I still had to purchase some. It was no clear or evident on the booking pages that you had to actually bring in your declaration page or coverage and after business hours it is not accessible. This should be in bold print with the booking information

Dislike: It was very hard to find that place and the system was down. Nothing was working, I have to go somewhere else and pay for last minute rental, I am not happy and will never get back to you again. I have to rent a car every month for your information. Please return my money into my card as soon as possible. Thank You

Like: Everything, the staff is friendly, helpful and I like their selection of new model cars.

Like: Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Dislike: Although I had taken out and paid for the insurance online I was told I had to pay additional sixteen (16) dollars per day for insurance. I believe that all charges and fees be included on the reservation so that there would be no surprise in the final cost of the rental. I have two (2) receipts carrying different values.

Dislike: When a person make reservation online is important specify that the credit card must be driver, because if no must leave a deposit. The person that are in the reception must be bilingual and friendly too.

Like: I didnt have any problem everything was so perfect

Like: The manager was amazing he really satisfied us.
Dislike: The person at the front desk was not helpful thank god the manager was amazing.

The service was good, except the printer had a minor malfunction. The car rental staff was nice, but you need to be familiar with the car's performance yourself.
