Had to wait nearly 30+ minutes for pickup to arrive at zagreb airport. The return is worst as the google map does not work and no link of the makeshift cabin in the woods is available so its not a good situation for car return process.

The car satisfied my expectation.
The time spent on pick-up was longer than my expectation due to a long line up.
But the staff on the counter was very helpful. He helped us for dropping the car in Downtown instead of Airport.

It wasn't clear whether the issue was with the rental company's credit card authorization policy or an error in the rental website's information. The rental company's requirement was a $3800 deposit, significantly higher than the $500-$3000 range stated on the website. My bank's limit was only $3400, and despite contacting the rental company and customer service, the issue remained unresolved for four hours. Eventually, I had to purchase an additional insurance policy directly from the rental company on top of the full coverage I already bought from the website. Although they promised to address the situation with the rental company's headquarters, I have received no follow-up for over two weeks despite multiple calls and online requests. This experience has shown me what it means to be irresponsible and untrustworthy.
All staff were in uniform and lookedprofessional. The way they work on the process was quite satisfying. Explained thoroughly and easy to understand. Among others, they had a good attitude toward customers.

Hard to locate the counter and staffs and they are always not at the counter. Car is given different range despite booked the medium range and the car space is small. The GPS is not functioning well and they shouldn’t give up customer. Now I have to pay for it and it is not very useable. They should have advise that we can use our iPhone and map over the car screen. The sign for Keddy is so small that we almost couldn’t find the counter in the airport. Instead we see Eurocar sign at the counter.

GoldCar at Zagreb has moved off airport and very disorganized. Was advertised as being in terminal but now requires shuttle. Short staffed so takes long time to pick up and drop off car. Very aggressive about insurance at pick up.
The car was too expensive overall, second driver was very expensive per day. The space in the car and boot was very small. The luggage description/car storage was misleading. Fuel consumption was economical.
Initially, we were not given the same class of vehicle as booked. The car we received had severely damaged tires, making it very dangerous to drive on the highway. We reluctantly exchanged it for a BMW 2 Series, but it had many scratches.
I didn't get a car that I expected. They gave me some Peugeot 2.7 wrecked and in terrible condition. It was raining and windshield wipers cleaned just 50 % of driver side and 20 % of passenger side it was almost dangerous. On speed 120 km/h the car start to shake to much all 4 tires and the noise coming from trunk door was unbearable, it look like the open door. when I told all of these to the stuff on the returning day the guy answer me : well, it is moving up, that's what count. Car had 142 000 km. I would never recommend this rental car company.
The car was not at the airport nor was pick up service. Waited over an hour to be picked up after having to call them numerous times. The office is located off site. Car was dirty inside and out, half tank of fuel at pick up, not a drop of windshield wiper fluid, and back up rear lights not working. Do not recommend!!

Initially Offered me a lower class vehicle ( Peugeot c-élysées) which I refused. Then the Counter staff blamed the Spanish office for allocating that vehicle type. then I Had to demand goldcar find me a suitable vehicle They then offered me a beaten up and worn older model Kia Ceed. I was embarrassed by the condition of the car and had to wait from 10am to 3:45pm before they eventually provided me with a suitable vehicle. Knowing I had been waiting there from 10am the counter staff still made me wait in line on 3 separate lengthy occasions before they would serve me or follow up further on finding me a suitable vehicle the category I booked. On the 3rd visit to the counter I was told they were bringing me a new Ford Focus, however the counter staff member ended up upgrading and giving my car to the customer before me instead. When I asked why did he do that? The person replied ‘because we did have a vehicle in his category available’. But why then didn’t you offer me the same when I initially arrived to pick up my vehicle? He just shrugged his shoulders and apologised. Then out of embarrassment and in the end he offered me a higher category vehicle to get me eventually going. He could’ve done that at the very start and saved everyone a lot of time and headache.

Pick up is not at the airport. Took us half an hour to find the pick up location by asking other companies about this one. By chance, on company was kind enough to call Rhodium to pick us up. Car was not the same we booked. The car was ok to drive but with some pucks.
