When returning the car, other company staff were assigned for inspection and scammed me out of 10 euros for a basic car wash (just sprayed the exterior with water without wiping, and didn’t clean the interior at all) in Montenegro.

The staff responsible for the car inspection during pickup was very meticulous in noting any issues. He also helped with luggage during dropoff and was very patient and kind. The only concern was that the pre-authorization hold was a bit high, possibly due to the car model. Hopefully, the authorization can be finalized quickly.
