“Island Tour in Okinawa”

They claimed to have Chinese-speaking staff, but there were none. Also, no one was holding a sign for us at the airport on time. I had to run back and forth by myself for a long time.

I chose this company because they advertised airport pickup. However, no one was there to pick us up, and we couldn't find anyone. After several phone calls, we found a queue, but the person couldn't find our reservation. After a long discussion, we had to take a shuttle bus outside to get the car... Very different from what was described!

Completely unable to communicate. Is an IDP obtained by overseas students not recognized? Ridiculous. At another car rental company, I rented a car without any issues.
