No matter how I explained that I had purchased full insurance online at the time of pickup, they still made us sign a contract in Polish that we couldn't understand. Besides the 590 yuan rental fee paid online, the car rental company charged us an additional 1200 yuan.

The efficiency was too slow. Although I had already purchased insurance, I was told it wasn't recognized. It seems there was no communication between them and the rental company, so I had to buy another day of insurance for 36 euros while I was abroad. The low efficiency wasted a lot of time at the airport.

It was supposed to be open 24 hours, but when we arrived at the airport terminal store to pick up the car, there was no one there! The contact number left at the counter went to voicemail, and no one answered. We waited for more than an hour and finally had to contact the car rental customer service. After that, a young man from the rental company showed up. After we completed the rental procedures, he only roughly pointed out the parking location and didn’t accompany us to pick up the car. This shows the service quality of a small company! We booked a Volkswagen Sharan online, but the rental company substituted it with a newish Seat that had been in use for about a year.

I am giving this store a negative review, negative review, negative review!!!!!! We rented this car for two days from this company. We've never hit or scratched the car. They have about three employees and are located on the 3rd floor of the airport. When we booked the car, it was clearly stated that we would return it at 7 am to catch an 8 am flight. On the day of return, we arrived on time, but they were not open. We called several times but got no answer. Eventually, when we got in touch, they said they weren't working yet and told us to park the car, leave the keys and contract in their mailbox. We didn't even see anyone from the company. After we got back home, in September, we received a charge saying the glass and doors were scratched, costing 3400 RMB. When we returned the car, a foreign woman with a child came up to us and said, "I shouldn't interfere, but I previously rented from this company and they charged us for no reason, so be careful, check the car thoroughly and take pictures." We heeded her warning, checked the car carefully, and took photos. God knows this small company actually charged us for nothing. They didn't even send an email or call, just directly charged us. When we asked for the reason several times, they finally sent an email with some documents that were too blurry to read. They arrogantly said since we had insurance, we should contact the insurance company with those documents. The problem was the documents were so unclear that we couldn't make out anything. We asked them to send clearer pictures several times but got no response. Still no reply as of now...

When I returned the car, they wouldn't allow me to check my personal belongings inside. After handing over the car, they drove it away. I waited at Chopin Airport for 20 minutes. My bag, containing my Chinese driver's license and its translation, was supposedly not found. I'm a long-time customer of this rental company, but this experience was particularly terrible! Far worse than usual! I advise all Chinese friends not to use this company! My bag didn't even contain any money, yet they claimed it wasn't in the car! I've already requested after-sales support! Don't assume foreigners are more ethical, really! They're not better than us Chinese!
