We arrived an hour early to pick up the car, but they said it wasn't ready and asked us to wait. Later, we inquired about the daily cost of the no-deductible insurance, and after a while, they said the reserved model was unavailable. Instead, they provided us with a brand-new Toyota SUV that had only been driven 24km, upgraded for free. Pretty good service overall.
This was my first time renting a car abroad, and I was worried about various issues. But the Warsaw airport location was very straightforward with no hidden charges. Everything was handled very quickly and professionally. Although there were no staff members to inspect the car when picking up or returning it, there were no issues at all. I rented a Yaris, but ended up getting an upgrade to a small BMW, which was very nice.
