Unclear instructions at the counter

Picked up two brand new Benz Vito cars from the airport with friends, no issues at all. The paperwork and car pickup process were quick, and there's a shuttle from the counter to the parking lot every 10 minutes. The pickup and return procedures were explained in detail, and no language issues as everything was communicated in English. Upon returning the car, there were some scratches on the rims and we were informed there would be compensation. They said the damage department would assess and deduct the cost from the credit card used for the reservation, and send the detailed bill to the provided email. It took about 7 business days to receive the charge information, which was split into two transactions. However, even after returning to my home country, I hadn't received the detailed email from the rental company and had to request it myself. This was a bit unsatisfactory.

The car we got was an ordinary Jeep, not the model we originally booked! No explanation was provided unless asked. They just said the booked model was unavailable.

The flight arrived late, and the front desk just gave us the keys and told us to get the car. The staff at the pickup point had already left, and the front desk didn't explain where to get the safety seat, causing us a lot of trouble.

Big company, well-organized. They have the cheapest rental rates for child safety seats!

We got a free upgrade to a brand-new JEEP with only 11 kilometers on it.

Renting from a big company is better. The car was new, only 6000 kilometers on a FORD MODEO, and they added a GPS for free.

It was okay, going to the airport, to get the car, and then finding the car was a bit troublesome, took quite a while.

The on-site service at the pickup point was great. When we found the vehicle did not meet our needs, they replaced it for free after communication.
