Katie at Birmingham airport was fantastic. Katie was hospitable, provided great options, helped with all ours queries with a fun and positive disposition.
The return was concerning because the details in the system were incorrect and the insurance deposit hold was not released from our Cr card causing problems with purchases in other shops.
I presented full insurance for excess and yet was still obliged to block 1500 from my credit card. In other rentals I have not had to block this which is one reason that I have taken out that insurance. I was not pleased.
When dropping off the car I waited 40 mins for the shuttle bus to take me to the terminal. I and two other clients had to ask 3 times for the staff to ring the shuttle and chase it up. The staff were helpful but you really need to have a better relationship with your shuttle bus provider. It is very stressful to be waiting 40 mins for the shuttle when you have a plane to catch.
Totally ripped off. On return, they pointed to tiny (2-3mm) stonechip in the windscreen and charged £135 for damage, despite my insistence that this hadn't happened during my rental. On returning home I was able to view the original condition report in better light and could see this chip was actually already marked on the sheet. But despite sending them proof of this, they refused to refund the damage charge.
I can only conclude that they are purposely operating a business model based on insurance fraud and ripping off customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Staff very friendly, car was excellent for my purpose and will be back for a seventh time with them very soon. No need for staff to upsell the insurance as I'd already purchased it online.

Price dropped by £9 on my £80 booking so a great saving. Easy app to use. Will be back.
Difficult to find. Poorly sign posted. On return staff member rude & dismissive. Problem with car & despite assurances that someone would contact this did not happen. Even after email. Outrageous cost to (supposedly) repair of a superficial mark. Only discovered after this incident that the company has been investigated for same. Would neither recommend nor return to these cowboys.

I booked a compact car and no compact cars where available, so instead of giving me an upgrade they downgraded me to a smaller car. The attendant who Checked me out wasn’t friendly and he didn’t even apologize for Downgrading me and giving me a car cheaper than what I paid for
